Keeping a website updated is important, and that is the reason behind a CMS. But I’ve found less than 5% using it and ask me to update their sire anyway, hence my Website Upkeep Service. You do your magic, and I’ll upkeep your website online presence, using my years of expertise.

How long does it take to design or redesign a website?

The timeline for designing or redesigning a website varies based on the project's complexity and your specific requirements. Generally, a standard website design can take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks from initial consultation to launch.

Will my website be mobile-friendly and responsive?

For sure! I ensure that your website is fully responsive and optimised for mobile devices across all operating systems, providing an excellent user experience across all screen sizes.

Can you help with content creation for my website?

Yes, I offer content creation services as part of my packages. I can help you develop engaging and SEO-friendly content that totally vibes with you, and resonates with your target audience - aka creating your tribe!

Can you also create print design?

Yes, I offer all facets of print design from business cards, DL brochures, to packageing, to signage and billboards. I also, on your behalf, work with the printer for a professional result and print finish.

Do you provide ongoing support and maintenance after the website launch?

Yes, I offer ongoing support and maintenance services to ensure your website remains up-to-date, secure, optimised SEO, and performs at its best. I have various support plans to suit your post-website launch needs.

What does “Starting from” prices mean?

Each project has a baseline-starting-price. On requesting additional services, like a branded newsletter campaign, your project quote will be adjusted to include the extra service(s).

Do you support a payment plan?

Yes, I offer a 3 stage payment plan that stretches your investment over the life of your project. Your final payment is due on the launch of your project - branding &/or website.

HOW DO I PAY?

Australian clients pay via bank transfer and are not (as of 2026) subject to added GST. International clients pay via Square, with the addition coverage of the exchange rate.
